CSR represents the responsibility of companies regarding the effects they have on the society. Every company wanting to promote its employer brand should implement a CSR strategy to better anticipate the stakeholder’s expectations.

Thus, CSR practices allow to develop the organizational citizenship behavior among employees. So, They would make extra efforts for the company’s benefits.
Based on litterature assumptions, we will study the impact of CSR on the OCB through the EB and the organisational trust.
