IRGO’s area of studies in wine has a title: VIFAC, a (French) acronym for: Wine, Sectors, Stakeholders and Consumption.

It also has a purpose: to bring together all IRGO researchers having carried out works in this field, regardless of their specializations or the research team to which they belong. In addition to these tenured researchers, members include the unit’s (IRGO) associate researchers having published work on this topic, whether from identical or different fields (lecturer-researchers in management, economists, psychologists, sociologists, etc.) or from various establishments.

There is, thirdly, a mission: to cover the scope corresponding to its title from the perspectives of clear and foreseeable developments, desirable strategic organizational changes and resistance of organizations and markets to be implemented.
