Thomas Roulet will speak more specifically on the following topic: ‘Research work for managers on mental health in organisations’.
During this seminar, a set of research papers aimed at practising managers will be presented. In terms of research, the discussion will focus on the link between a research agenda on stigma and mental health, with particular reference to a paper published in the Journal of Vocational Behavior in 2018 on mentoring and mental health, and a paper currently under review on burnout in NGOs in the Calais Jungle. From a managerial perspective, the presentation will cover Wellbeing Intelligence, which has been published in book form, as well as in the Harvard Business Review and the MIT Sloan Management Review. The presentation will also shed light on issues surrounding the process of managerial and research publications.
