Thesis abstract :
Artificial intelligence is transforming organizational decision-making processes, creating new forms of interaction between human expertise and algorithmic capabilities. This research examines how these interactions reconfigure managerial practices.
The theoretical framework articulates recent approaches to organizational AI integration with sociomaterial perspectives, revealing the entanglement between managerial practices and algorithmic devices.
The qualitative methodology combines multiple case studies, ethnographic observations, and semi-structured interviews in organizational environments. This approach captures authentic interactions in their natural context.
The research aims for three contributions: empirical documentation of interaction practices, development of a theoretical analytical framework, and proposal of a reproducible methodological protocol.
